Training Centre Edition · Coming soon
For centres that teach by the course, not the term.
We are building an edition of EduSuite for vocational, professional and corporate training centres: courses and intakes instead of terms and classes. It isn't ready yet. Register your interest and help us shape it.
Three kinds of training centre.
Vocational and technical
Hands-on trades taught by practice, assessed by what a trainee can do, and certified. Fashion, catering, hairdressing, welding, auto mechanics, electrical installation.
Professional short courses
Certificate courses and exam preparation for working adults, on weekday, evening or weekend intakes.
Corporate and staff training
Courses delivered to a company's employees, with the company billed and kept up to date.
What the edition is planned to do.
- 1
Courses and intakes
Each course with its units, duration and fee, run as intakes with their own start dates.
- 2
Sessions and registers
Theory and practical sessions on a timetable, with the trainer marking attendance.
- 3
Practical assessment
Competencies signed off unit by unit, so you know who is ready for certification.
- 4
Certificates
Numbered certificates of completion, printed with your centre's design.
- 5
Fees in instalments
A course fee paid in parts by Mobile Money or cash, with receipts and balances.
- 6
Company billing
One invoice to the employer for all its staff on a course.
- 7
Trainee app
Trainees see their timetable, progress and balance on their phone.
Register your interest.
We'll tell you when the Training Centre Edition is ready. Centres that register early help decide what it does first.
